Hotel Policies
Guarantee Policy
A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- Low season: Cancel up to 72 hours before the arrival date to avoid charges.
- High season: (Christmas and New Year, Holy Week and Easter, Summer, Long weekends, and Holidays) Cancel up to 7 days before the arrival date to avoid charges.
No-Show Policy
- Low season: In case of no-show, one night of stay will be charged.
- High season: In case of no-show, the total stay will be charged (Non-refundable).
Extra Person Policy
An 18.00 USD fee will be charged starting from the third person in the same room.
Children Policy
Children are considered up to 12 years old. Children from 13 years old will be charged as adults; 2 children under 12 may share the room with 2 adults.
Pets Policy
Sorry, pets are not accepted.
Overbooking Policy
In the event that the Hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted by the consumer with a reservation coming from UNIVISIT, the Hotel, on its own account, will arrange suitable alternatives to replace the contracted service, which are at least equal or better than the originally agreed benefits.
- The Hotel will pay for one night including taxes in a similar hotel.
- The guest will be offered free transportation to the new hotel.
- The guest will be granted at least one call to their home or office.
